that sucks, BP - and those are bad bends. interesting that they're both bent about the same amount?

unfortunately this is the way of used wheels - unless you can have them checked, you really have no idea what you're getting. i've bought my share of bent wheels... my next set will be new. tired of the gamble.

No response. Not surprised.


Regardless, I had them dropped off at Precision Wheel Service in North Branford. He put them on the balancing machine and said "yeah no problem, I'll try to have them ready by the end of tomorrow". He didn't seem at all challenged by it so hopefully it'll be as good as new. I'm not happy about having to pay $240 to fix them but at this point, IDFC. I just want them on the car before I drive down to Jersey; putting miles on my track tires is painful.
