Put a rubber mat between them and the floor, that should keep them from sliding and protect the floor too...

I dropped his car off the jack stands in my garage because the carpet moved. We hadn't had breakfast and went about everything all wrong. No one was under it as we were still lifting it. I hate myself for it and he loves to remind me about it.

lol Talk about going about everything all wrong. I had my car up on the lift earlier and went to remove the strut tower bar and was surprised when the strut just kind of fell down out of the tower.
