    A Minor Setback

Upon getting my car back from the shop to fix a small hole in my back tire they also tell me that all my tires have dry rotted and will crack and get holes. The guy I bought the car from a couple moths ago said the car sat in one of his huge garages for sometime and not after realizing all the cracks already in the tried will turn into holes we predict that it sat for at least 3 years. I was planning to get a squared set of 18x8.5 135s but any recommendations on tires? I have Michelin PS A/S Plus now but can't afford the $1000 for tires. At this point I'm open to any wheel and tire setups. I'm probably going to sell the style 68s I have now.

Conti DW is a good summer tire that isn't too expensive. Or DWS if you need all seasons.

Look at Kumho tires. The 4x is a fantastic tire for the money.

Think a set will run you about $450.

I have a set of Kumho on mine now, the dealer put them on and so far for the cost of the tire no complaints at all, road noise is minimal, traction is good, wear is good. For the money great tire.
