Does anyone know how to Install a wideband Controller? (for headers)

As Im sure some of you know, I have been battling some codes for a while in regards to the headers. I have a Eurocharged tune so the rear sensors are off but my ECU thinks that for some reason the rear o2 sensors are swapped (p0041), and will never go into complete readiness....therefore I am unable to pass inspection. So this is where I am at...Wideband controller install. Innovative motorsports has updated the LC1 to the new LC2 controller ( http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/products/lc2.php )...just wanted to see if anyone has an insight as to how to wire this bad boy up to get the results I need? Theres a thread here outlining some of it on fanatics( http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=713645 ) but Im not super clear on how it all goes...any help would be appreciated...

Seth seems to recommend them a lot. Try asking him?
