Delaware Motors ZHP FS - anyone know of?

They always seem to have a few zhp's. I've called on a few and wasn't impressed. I have access to Manheim data, and see what they pay for the cars, then how much they mark them up, without doing any service to them. I'm pretty sure this one sold at auction for under $8k a few months back, and I bet they didn't do much more than an oil change, if that, before marking it up $6k. Could use that as a bargaining chip however.
