I recently ordered the Beisan Vanos seals repair kit (http://www.beisansystems.com/products.html), but then decided to buy a complete rebuilt Vanos unit instead.

The seals were purchased directly from the Beisan for $65 ($60 + $5 shipping). My price is $45 shipped, so if you were considering buying the kit, this is your chance to save a few bucks.
