Looks like a great deal if you like the Alcantara, even if it is Auto. Can do a DIY swap and put it your cost right at 10k.

I will be ok with AT. And the alcantara is a big plus for me (assuming it's in good shape).

Seen what? The auto to 6 speed swap? I've sourced a trans, clutch, flywheel, driveshaft, shift lever, pedals, master and slave cylinder, hard line all for $1275. I've just got the remaining nuts, bolts, knob, boot, trim left. I think maybe another $700 and I'm done. Plus, I can sell the auto for probably $500.
