Hi. Does anyone have a used BMW Performance intake to sell? I'm a buyer.
The best price I can find online is this one. Which is incredible but I love the look and I'm a fan of factory over aftermarket for my car.

I believe these are NLA (no longer available) according the BMWNA. You should check around the classifieds for a used one.

Check your PMs, my friend still has it. No longer BNIB, it was test fitted on one of his customers cars and tried out for a couple days but that customer wasn't willing to pay the price he wanted. He said its in as-new condition with no broken tabs.
