Bimmer Article Most Driveable BMWs -- BMW 330 ZHP is #1

As we know our ZHPs are not special.....

BUT they are.... as proven below...

I was digging through old magazines at the house throwing them away and ran across this article titled '10 Great Drivers BMWs' which I put in the keep file. I did not copy the whole article as it was not on target for our ZHP focus. But I took the liberty of copying this one page as our ZHPs were the #1 Driver's BMW.

If you want to read the rest you'll have to get the magazine.

Not bad for a "not special" ZHP.

Looking around the Internet, it appears that this article was also part of the "best buys" section. So, when the editors took bang for the bucket, they liked what they saw in the 330 ZHP. Additionally, I think they were looking at later-model BMWs, too, which ruled out the E30 M3s, for example.

But, hey, nice to see that the editors thought the BMW 330 ZHP was a great buy.

Sweet!!!! Thanks for posting that. It's always nice when someone validates what you already knew. :-)

Anyone have a cleaner version of this article? John

It's not the car you drive, it's how you drive it.

    Here is the entire list:

    1. E46 330i/Ci ZHP
    2. E46 M3
    3. E39 M5
    4. E60 M5
    5. E63/E64 M6
    6. E38 750iL Sport
    7. E38 740i Sport
    8. E31 850i/Ci six-speed (1991-1993) and 850CSi (1994-1995)
    9. Z8
    10. X5 4.6is (2002-2003)/4.8is (2004-2006)

As for scanning the entire article, and posting it here, let's not do that. We've scraped a little bit here (no worries -- we're probably not running afoul of copyright laws). But I don't want to pilfer the entire article. If someone can find the article online, I'd be happy to link to it.

Yes, I don't want to violate any copyrights... I was hoping there was a link to it somewhere. I'll probably just buy the issue if it's not linked. John
