It doesn't look good like that. I say pick and color and go all 4.

Red is pretty rare and is quite expensive. Black is standard I think.

i was more commenting on the strength of the wheels. i picked up a used set of 17x8.5" CH's a few years ago and all 4 were slightly out of round - not enough to be seen by the naked eye, but it showed up on a balancer. sucked.

Mine weren't bent in that way. The previous owner must have smacked them against a curb pretty badly, probably while going sideways, because the two wheels that were bent to holy hell were the two that had curb rash on them. With that kind of force, you'll bend any kind of wheel, regardless of how it's made.

As far as regular driving goes, no bends whatsoever. The wheels balance out perfectly after they got straightened. We'll find out for sure at my next tire change whether I've accumulated any bends since then, but so far there have been no vibrations whatsoever from the wheels.

No wheel is immune to bends, just that some are stronger than others. I never question the quality of BBS wheels.

    I hear ya Peter

I will add that there are wheel manufacturers out there who make excellent products, BBS and Apex being an example. I have had absolutely no issues running on these wheel sets (BBS CH/ARC-8's) ..... knock on wood
