For what is worth, the early e90 models are going down in price too.

There are some good deals to be had if you are in the market for the e90/92. I saw a clean, fully loaded 2008 335i sedan with 45k miles that was in my area for $19k.
EDIT: Just looked for fun and found a similar one without the sport package but cold weather/premium for $17.5k.
