CCV replacement on all girls garage

Interesting about the idle control valve... she rolls it back and forth, your supposed hear a rattling sound. If not, squirt some carb cleaner in there to loosen it up...

Funny, I was clicking through the channels and stumbled across the same segment just as they showed the engine and said hey that's an E46!

Yes they actually have had the car on the show a couple of times. They have replaced engine mounts, front control arm bushing and idler pulleys.

Bogi (your strumpet/mechanic above) owns her own shop here in Phoenix. She's BMW-trained and drives an E92 335i Coupe herself. Not surprised to see one of our mechanical brethren turn up on the show from time to time. Somebody ought to "volunteer" a ZHP for a performance makeover on the show. Hmmmmmm....

"Cleavage 'n Cars" eh? Sounds like a much better name for the show.

That's pretty much how I cleaned my ICV out. Removed it, sprayed it full of carb cleaner and shook the hell out of it till it rattled.

This is awesome to see the E46 on the show. This is one of my favorite car shows. My other is Wheeler Dealer.
