Salt Removal - Wash and Protect in Bergen County NJ

az3579 yes it theory it will be just like that but let's see if you have anything on there first, the wash itself will probably remove some of the protection you have on there, all washes typically will.

If you have a method of finding out, then I'm all for it. Menzerna PowerLock sealant applied a few months ago I would think would still do a decent job, but it never hurts to layer.

I'll be making my appointment once I have at least a few days of no snow. It would be pointless washing and getting it dirty right after.

I considering "layering" happening within hours to a day in between the first application. so if power lock had been applied a few months back I don't consider a spray wax after a wash "layering" I do consider that to be a maintenance / refreshing what was on there.
