One coil pack failed on my e90 at 65k miles. A second one failed at 83k miles. At that moment I decided to replace all.

Cheap aftermarket garbage from what I've heard.
I don't have experience with this product personally. For barely much more you could just buy the Genuine BMW ones from BMW of Morristown. $259 shipped. Not worth saving the extra $17.

It's not the car you drive, it's how you drive it.

Coil Pack (POST 9/2002) info / descrepancies.

They have red hold down tabs - I wonder if that's why ppl buy them despite the crappy reviews on the web

I ordered the 219 from autohausaz last night, so I'll post my feedback after I install them and drive with them for a while.

Just a short-term update… Installed the coils today and everything works as it should after about 30 miles. Car starts right up and engine runs very smoothly.

"ZHP is a garbage option anyway- just some cosmetic upgrades with a different cam and diff to claw back some of the performance lost fitting those hideous and heavy wheels. Any 330 with a 3.46 diff will smoke a ZHP every time. The whole Mafia thing reeks of childish behavior." - an e46fanatic
