(SOLD): Lenovo ThinkPad W510 laptop w/ extras - $450

Up for sale is my Lenovo ThinkPad W510 laptop. This is a workstation class laptop with beefier hardware than a garden variety laptop.

Specs:
Intel Core i7-820QM processor - quad core @ 1.73GHz
16GB of DDR3 RAM
128GB Solid State Drive installed in main bay
Secondary 128GB Solid State drive installed with the supplied caddy (see pics)
(Total 256GB of SSD storage - upgradeable)
Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200AGN wireless card
nVIDIA Quadro FX 880M dedicated graphics card
1600x900 LCD (no dead pixels)
Windows 7 Professional license under the battery - will have freshly installed Windows 7 Pro with SP1
Can install BMW software if desired - PM for details

The laptop comes with (2) AC adapters - one is a 130W and the other is a 90W (Note: Laptop will run off of, but will not charge properly with the 90W - to be used strictly for convenience due to its size. This is due to it not being able to provide enough juice to charge, but it will function ok with just the AC adapter plugged in)
Also included is the secondary hard drive caddy, which gets installed in the optical drive bay. The DVD-RW drive is included with the sale.

You can probably play them, but you'll have to lower the graphics settings to be able to do so. It also depends on the game; some games are so graphically intensive that the minimum requirements may not be met.

The video card in it is a Quadro card, so it's more designed for work than play. Think CAD (Computer Aided Design), not COD (Call of Duty).

I used to have a ThinkPad back in the day that had a Quadro card in it and it played Call of Duty just fine at the lower settings with a decent framerate. This machine is newer than that one was, and can handle the older games that I used to play on my T61p on the highest settings (Call of Duty 4). For newer games than 2010, I'd lower the settings to be able to play them.

If there's a game you are curious about, you can Google "ThinkPad W510 <insert game name here" and potentially find videos or reviews on how this system handles whatever game you're interested in.
