Just so everyone has a general idea of whats happening...


Friday - I can do a few sunset/dusk/night shoots while we are all meeting up or outside around town as people are getting drinks. All depends how soon people arrive to Cincy area.

Saturday - I can do likely only one or a quick 2 after cars & coffee (maybe leave a little early from it) around downtown Cincy.
Then Dane set some time aside for another sunset or night shoot after our cruise.

Sunday - I don't plan on doing maintenance so I'm available to shoot first thing in the morning before everyone else has their car pulled apart. I will likely stick around until the mid afternoon or dinner time then head back to Chicago. I assume we will find locations around the maintenance day in the Mason area.

I'd love/call dibs on a golden hour shoot Friday or Saturday after the cruise. We are leaving early from Nova so we should be there in plenty of time. Just will need to bring the quick detail spray slash bug and tar remover...so many bugs.

yeah I've been scouting local hand wash places as well so no worries all that info will be available for everyone based upon locations.

As far as calling dibs, cool, but I want to make sure Fri/Sat are saved for people who might be leaving Sat night or ultra early Sunday. We will get that sorted out soon enough.

Official Time Slots

Friday 6/5
Shooting at or near McClure Park in Mason.
7pm - BP Commercial A
8pm - Ryan (Whitexi) Commercial B
Sundown is around 9pm but both time slots will provide dynamic lighting.

Saturday 6/6
Shooting around downtown Cincy immediately after Cars & Coffee (you will give up your time at Morlein Lager House).
12pm - Mike (1M Mike) Walk Around

Shooting around Mason/Lebanon area after our cruise and before Saturday dinner.
4pm -
5pm - Daniel (NoVa) Commercial A

Sunday 6/7
Shooting Near maintenance day location in Mason.
8am - Dane (DW) Commercial B
9am - Rob (Newjack) Walk Around (Paid in full)
10am -
11am -

*If you choose the walk around package I would prefer to do that either Saturday or Sunday with more mid day lighting.

I will also be able to accept some last minute shoots but nothing is guaranteed unless you are signed up.

We are going to do 50% deposit via Paypal to reserve your time slot (you are welcome to prepay full amount if you wish). The rest is due in cash at time of shoot unless we make other arrangements. Gratuity isn't needed but then again I'm not going to refuse it if you're inclined to hand it to me .

As far as washing your car, as long as you don't have large mud/dirt on the car, the small stuff won't likely show up on camera and I have the ability to touch some of it up if needed. Don't be overly concerned if it's dusty or something. Even a quick 5 min wipe down with a microfiber and some detail spray is probably more than enough.
