Best method for cleaning alcantara seats?

    Hi folks,

Does anyone have any experience with cleaning the cloth/alcantara seats in our ZHP's? My interior is wearing well, but the seats are starting to accumulate a lot of dirt; primarily in the cloth section (between the alcantara patches)

    Any advice is welcome!

    Phil????

I used the BMW Alcantara cleaner and a soft bristle brush and clean wiping cloth.

Vacuum to start. Brush after misting lightly with the Alcantara cleaner. Wait one hour. Vacuum to remove and loosened dirt, then mist again and gently wipe with clean rag.

Sonax alcantara cleaner from detailers domain. I use it on the seats and steering wheel

You can buy a very cheap steamer (I remember seeing one for like $80 on Amazon) and use that to lift the dirt to the surface. Then use a product specifically designed to be used on cloth that you can use to work it up into a foam so the foam encapsulates the dirt the steamer brought to the surface. Then wipe away...

And of course, let it dry.

I really like Larry from Ammo NYC. Seems to have a good no-nonsense approach to cleaning and detailing.

I haven't followed the approach in this video, but I plan to.
