Isn't this the zhp that someone here (or E46F) sold and said it had gone to a dealer?
Found on a dealer site via AutoTrader. Black on Black leather interior. Has neither the Cold Weather nor the Premium Package.
Dealer link (you have to look for it, it won't directly link): http://www.bimmersrus.com/for-sale/inventory/

Hefty price considering there's not much desirable on the car... no cold or premium, needs new headlight lenses and lower grille...
It is a 6MT though, which is nice.
BP....you're buying a rare BMW with ZHP option in the mid-west! Didn't you know that's why pricing is higher???
You're paying for the ZHP premium

Yeah...that was my car. Still sad to see it go, but those guys definitely know their BMWs. Now their prices on the other hand... Iffy.
