I am going to go with Mobil1 0w40 European Car Formula Advanced Synthetic. I use it on my Cayman and my wife's Mini already, so that will make things easier if I use it on the zhp as well.
I saw the timing spring on someones recommended maintenance list, and since its cheap I added it the list.
