Not sure if you are into this kind of thing, but if you decide to add the piece de resistance in the distant future you might consider swapping over to Imola red interior bits which I think complement the grey exterior nicely. But if you are fine with the stock interior, or if it's going to cut into your lovely daughter's happiness any further feel free to disregard this suggestion.

Looks like a good project car! Nice to see you saving it!

Is that a F355 in the garage as well?

+1 for the red interior. If I could find a set in decent condition I'd consider it for my ZHP.

There was a sedan set for sale on e46f a while back.

Well, how could I not read this post with an opener like that?

I certainly didn't consider it until you posted about it, posted pics and those pics resulted in my cargo pants getting a little tighter.

Black leather now looks so... pedestrian. Damn you, Mike.

I will have my daughter in front of the local grocery store, with threadbare Mechanix gloves, begging for donations with a sign that says, "I won't get to go to racing school until my Daddy has Imola interior for his M3."

I feel like the ASPCA for E46 coupes.

Yup. Not mine, photo from the seller. It has been sold.

Great project or the cause of my further deepening mental illness. Time will tell...

Thanks to 1M Mike, I have already priced an Imola interior. Seeing as how the tech doing work on my car is interested in the interior of my project M for his coupe, I may be able to offset the acquisition cost. I already did the math. Crap.

Sadly, the interior will be a C & D priority. I like the idea A LOT.
