A few days ago, I noticed that my driver's side headlight was aimed way upwards. I adjusted both headlights to an appropriate level when I installed the FX-R's a couple of months ago, so I was surprised to see this. It stayed like this for a couple of days because it was too cold to take my intake out to adjust the vertical level.
Yesterday morning, it was still like this. In the afternoon, however, the level was fine, and matched the position I adjusted it to originally.
This morning, it's way up again. Does anyone have a clue as to what on earth is going on? Is it possible that my adjustment motor is having an issue?
Here are some pictures. In the first pic, you can see the two varying levels on light on the pole. The lower cutoff is the passenger headlight, aimed where it should be. The higher cutoff is the driver's side. You can actually see the stop sign in the background lit up; that's how high the beam is aimed! It is blinding other drivers...
