E36 M3/4/5 - Alpine White - TONS of recent maintenance

As some of you remember this car was for sale in the middle of summer but now I have shifted my focus on purchasing a coupe so now I am looking to sell this sedan. I took a lot from the previous add as it was laid out so well and added a few things here and there

This car is an amazing example of a rust free, southern, well maintained M3. It has some amazing repair history and has never been in an accident.

This car is one of the best driving E36 M3's out there. I can not believe how solid everything is! This is such an amazing example. The only reason I am considering selling is to purchase a e36 M3 coupe so this one has to go because I simply don't have room for 4 cars right now.

I am looking to get $10,000 OBO out of it

    The Car:
    1997 Alpine White M3
    161,700
3 Owner, was owned by the original owner in Arizona until April of 2015! (From what I gather, this was a DD for a woman that purchased it off lease)
    ZERO RUST!

    The Good:
-As you can see by the parts list, nearly every typical e36 problem area has been addressed. There is over $10k in parts and labor this year. All the money spent was to first and foremost make it dead nuts
reliable, and fun to drive. The transmission swap was completed by Reggie's Motorworks in Indiana, the remaining suspension jobs were completed by a local BMW master tech.
-Everything is 100% functional, and the car performs wonderfully. It's a no excuses car that I have zero concerns with driving across the country in tomorrow.
-The car is 100% rust free, as it spent 18 years in Arizona/SoCal. It's garage kept, and driven sparingly.
-The engine is healthy and quiet with excellent compression numbers

    The Bad:
-Typical Arizona clear coat peel on the spots noted (hood, roof, rear bumper)
-Headliner is beginning to sag in the rear due to adhesive failure
-Has CEL for bad O2 sensor. PO said that but I haven't confirmed this but I will look into it this week. I was planning on doing headers and an AA track pipe eliminating the O2's
-Interior A pillar covers are warped from it being in the Arizona sun and the headliner needs to be replaced as well.

    Here's what the car is:
This car is an excellent example of an OEM+ E36 M3. The paint is not perfect, but it has absolutely zero rust.

    On to the pics!
