ZHP Brandon's - Imola Project Thread

Please don't mind the worlds dirtiest 135's lol, there a square 8.5 set up with 10MM spacers in the rear and no rubbing 🤷🏻*♂️

I'm blown away from how good the car came out, I'm a perfectionist so its not 10/10 but anythings better then what the car looked like before. He matched the paint perfectly & reinforced different parts of the bumper that were warped or weak.

I removed my lower grill and fog light covers and resprayed them in Trim paint, and finally properly installed my ECS Gloss Black Grills ... I'll be getting the car completely buffed and waxed during this week

Don't you need to wait 30 days for the paint to cure?

It's not the car you drive, it's how you drive it.

Cleaned off my MAF with Maf Cleaner
Cleaned off my DISA Valve, almost 20K miles after my rebuild and the gasket is still pristine
    Cleaned the ICV
    Replaced Upper Intake Boot
Loosened Lower intake boot so it has some slack, the MAF would never be seated properly against the air box so I always had a huge vac leak

Put on the gaskets to the trims under the head lights
Tightened the headlight brackets so they sit evenly

Bought new clips for my fender moldings and finally got those back on
Put on Euro delete trim for the front bumper license plate, and installed my tow hook license plate filler again

Tomorrow will be a whole day just for the interior .. she needs some major TLC so it'll be well worth it

Powerband seems to be smoother through the whole rev range, and now that everything is buttoned up I should get better gas mileage ... my Maf is bad, My bmwscanner tool reads the same code no matter how many times I clear it, so I guess I need to source a healthy one from a donor car to get rid of this horrid CEL and insanely bad gas consumption
