My friends and I even met an awesome guy that ended up giving us a ride in his M235i after the event!

I saw this on my way home from work while driving my ///M. Thought I would share this with everyone...
As I was coming up the ///M3 badge stuck out like a very sore thumb...
Then I noticed the M3 side grills and M3 front fender....I then made it a point to pull up right next to him and see who the driver is. He never once looked over but I knew he saw me because I saw him looking at his rear view mirror as I was pulling up. I thought his car was real sexy....
I passed him and continued home then grabbed my ZHP so I could grab these pics...
It goes to show you can do whatever you want as clearly shown by this very poor example. The cleanly modded cars are the ones that really stick out. What I'm trying to say is don't go slapping an M3 badge on a non-M unless you want to become the butt-end of a joke among BMW people....
I myself am not a fan of M3 side grills on any non-M either but reserve my comments if executed very well. jeppej's E46 M3 sedan is a primary example of a perfectly executed M3 in my opinion
