Im not sure if this "fold" is normal. This side of the car has been damaged from the previous owner. Does your compartment look similar?

I have that but it looks like the weld/seal broke on yours.... not a good thing....

Something has caused that seam sealant to pop up. I would peal it up a little to see if you can get a look at what's going on underneath.

This bothers me. Alot! On the same side my spindle is bent, my mechanic told me so, since then i noticed he was correct, and this is another piece of confirmation that something happened here on this sude of my precious car

Agree. Loosen up the Philips head screw and try pushing it back a bit.

it actually looks fine - it looks like fender misalignment to me - look at how it mates with the bumper and under-light trim. something's off.

Honestly, I don't think its the turn signal, it looks aligned with the headlight properly. Looks like that the fender is positioned incorrectly, look how the hood sits farther forward than the fender. There is also a noticeable gap between the fender and the plastic panel for the headlight washer...
