    Charlie's 2008 Porsche 997 turbo

I took Botond out in my Porsche after putting my Audi up on ramps and as I accelerated by all the slow cars going on the highway, he commented “I’m ruined” and I laughed.

Damn this car is a lot of fun to drive!!

Took the Porsche in for an oil change service and had the whole suspension checked out.

I will be looking to swap out rotor sets so that means $1800 two-piece rotor sets will be getting purchased along with new brake pads and sensors

Also looks like my front strut bearings will be needing replacement along with another 4-wheel alignment so I will do this job first while saving to do the rotor/brake job later...

Other than that my Porsche checked out and is ready for the 2019 car season....

I decided my Porsche won’t be getting BBS wheels. Instead I will be getting HRE P40S wheels in bright silver finish in 19 inch size.

Will most likely get 19x8.5 245 35/19 front and 19x12 325 30/19 rear with Michelin Pilot P4S tires.

My car will look similar to this when I get them

I will also be getting carbon fiber center caps for the new shoes...

Along with the new shoes, I will install GMG lowering springs to lower my speed sled about an inch and still retain my OE PASM system. Car should look perfect when this is done

HREs look great! I've been casually watching the market on 997 Turbos for my next purchase in 3 years and it looks like they're going up in value.

Its either going to be E92 M3 or 997 Turbo but at about $70-80k, an M3 sounds better. For now...
