I can't tell if I'm surprised or not. $9,300 seems low for a low mileage 6MT sedan, but it seems appropriate for one lacking pretty much all other packages and options (no Cold Weather Package, no Premium Package, no xenon headlights, no heated seats, no nav, no PDC, etc). It does have an accident history so that could also be lowering the price. Who knows.

Price is about where it should be for one without an accident on its record.

I completely agree with you, when you factor put the car has no options, has an accident history and the buyer has to pay an extra 5% to BaT; you cant really say it s cheap, but also definitely not expensive....

I paid around that and I think my car is on the basic side. I honestly dont even know what all the packages or extras are. I paid about that for my ZHP with 100,000 miles on the clock, leather seats, H/K sound system, and I think that is it

Mine has xenon's and i think that is about it. Then again, the only packaged i cared for when looking for my e46 was the performance package

• Navigation
• Xenon headlights
• Leather upholstery
• Silver aluminum cube trim
• BMW Assist
• Bluetooth connection
• Moonroof (standard from 2004 on)
• Park Distance Control (not sure what year it became available)

Packages (in addition to the Performance Package):
Premium Package:

• Leather upholstery
• BMW Assist
• Auto-dimming rear-view mirror
• Power lumbar support

Cold Weather Package:

• Fold down rear seats with ski-bag
• Heated front seats
• Heated pressurized headlight washers

Standard items that some people think are options:

• Harman-Kardon sound system
• Automatic headlights and windshield wipers (starting in 2004)
• Power front seats with memory
• Heated mirrors and windshield washers
• Automatic air conditioning

I think the price is just fair since some panels have already been repainted. Having an all original paint is a big deal for a lot of people IMO.
