    Great photos. It must be a fun trip in the ZHP. I live in NC and might be driving the ZHP to Houston round trip next summer. I was also thinking of picking up an E46 M3 as the weekend car. How much difference are you noticing in the ZHP vs the M3?

    Thanks for documenting the trip. I flew to Hartford, CT and drove my Imola back to Nashville. It was 1,055 miles over 2 days and met up with Vas on the way home. Now that I remember it, my driver side front turn signal bulb went bad a few mins before meeting up and he happened to have an extra one and helped me install it. Now that's the mafia brotherhood for ya!

    They are completely different animals or at least mine is. Mine sits on AST coilovers, has PFC brakes, sway bar, software, etc. The front camber is at 3.2 negative degrees and suspension is stiff. It does well at the twisties and track. The ZHP handles great but is comfortable and great at cruising on highways.

    Picture of previous E46 M3 since I can't find a picture of my white one on the laptop.

    Doing the 1171 mile drive tomorrow, 18 hours straight. Leaving at 3am and should be in NC at 9pm. Had fun in Austin but I have a race to watch on Sunday.(F1, yes I am a bit crazy about it)

    Austin is amazing, used to live here 8 years ago. Sorry I didn't have a chance to meet you, was catching up with people I know.

    Small update while I am catching up with friends in Austin, TX. The airbag light went away by itself and turn signal bulb cost me $5.40 to replace at O'Reilly's. No lights on dash now. Also, stopped by a friends shop to check out a track VW they are working on. 285 series tires on all corners.

    Congrats on a great deal! Many non-ZHP 330's are out there listed for more $ with more miles that don't look nearly as nice as this one.

    I am still surprised I was able to get it after it being listed for so many days. I stumbled upon the ad on BaT ZHP auction.

    Thanks.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Left Austin Texas at 3am Saturday morning, made it home by 9pm. The ZHP did well, 1200 miles with a/c on while cruising at 70mph-80mph and not a single issue. Decided to test the ZHP out at the local twisty road Sunday morning. Drives very well and the square setup makes it very neutral balanced.
