    Installed the injen intake, I would say it is a nice cheap alternative to the AFE box.
    The filter itself is not the one shown in the stock photos I posted earlier it has no center media just the outer.

    The velocity stack is plastic I'm sure it functions just the same just not as pretty when cleaning the filter.

    The intake boot had to be slackened and repositioned to mate up. Not a big deal at all.

    The tab had to be removed from the coolant reservoir for the lid to fit on. I've replaced more expansion tanks than I can count and have never noticed those tabs just slide off.



    The sound is there it has a lid and it fit without issue so I'd say it's

    Good call on the intake. I bought mine without any reviews/recommendations and I'm glad I did. For the price it's pretty unbeatable.

    Haha! My thoughts exactly when I took mine for a run after the header install.
    I felt a good amount of extra torque from the headers as well.... how about you?

    Yeah I can tell for sure. It's pretty obvious throughout the rpm range. Most noticeable above 3k.

    Co worker traded in his e46 this weekend, why is this significant?.. I inherited two new rough road package /xi plates for the struts, A generic (probably eBay ) strut brace. And an unused Tiag touch up kit. May also end up with a 2 month old Mishimoto radiator for an auto trans.
