Need some help finding a part for trim that runs along the pillars...

I glued mine on :-/ wedged some folded paper in between the trim and door to ensure contact and left it overnight.

3M double sided tape worked wonders for me.

I've been struggling with this, and chronicled it here:

    http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=975387

The issue is that the trim creeps forward somehow, and rips it from those three rear clips.

My latest attempt is superglue on every white clip all along the way.

Only gluing the rear three clips back onto the trim is not enough to prevent it from ripping loose again.

Also look out, that trim you posted a picture of is matte black. Our ZHP oem trim is glossy black, and costs about $100 more per side.

Best price I found on the glossy trim was a little over $260+ shipped from FCPeuro per side

Well my super glue failed. Moving on to heavy duty 3m double sided tape.

I ended up using some 3M double sided tape to resecure the clips onto the back of the rear window trim. Took a while to get it right (including putting the clips on backwards, followed by swearing). Should be good now.

I wonder how difficult it would be to have the clips made. Hell, I wonder if 3D printed versions would be strong enough.

I have access to 3D printers at school, so if I could find / make a good model for the clips (anyone have one in good shape?), I might be able to print a couple for testing purposes.
