    Awesome color, and excellent choice on the Apex wheels. Yes, everybody runs them, but they look fantastic, are affordable, and are lightweight so it's kind of a win-win-win all around.

    Stoked to see you do the manual swap, that'll transform the car in the best way.

    Manual swap is done. Lsd is in. One minor hiccup - the custom shifter I was using doesn't let me get into 5/6 due to some messuo in geometry. Had to drive 1000kms in 4th gear @ 90kph.

    I have genuine BMW stuff coming in this week. Oem ZHP linkages and levers and a BMW performance gear knob. I'm looking forward to it.

    Heck yeah! I imagine it feels awesome to have a manual after having the auto for so long. Did you run into any difficulties aside from the linkage, or was it all smooth sailing?

    Pretty smooth sailing. My car had some oxidisation on the starter which made the auto removal quite difficult. My new Bosch starter had burrs which prevented it going on smoothly. Aside from that all good.
