That's this dude. Pretty sure he posted it here before. His pricing has been all over the map, having gone down as far as $5,500 (post #34) and now back up to $7,100. Something's gotta be up.

It's my car and a thread is being approved as we speak. Sorry for any confusion. I am headed back to NC and bought a new car. Price is for quick sale. In a perfect world I wanted 9,000 at one point but the economy isn't there right now especially with tax season. Text anytime for pics, info and PPI report. Cheers guys. 336 972 24zerozero

Mproved, is the below a fair assessment of your vehicle?

Paint is original, however front fenders & hood have specks of brighter than red spots throughout.
    Weird rust on passenger fender.
    Dents throughout (understandable)
Huge gash on passenger quarter panel.
Wheels have curb rash (worst is passenger rear), and are blemished throughout.
Drivers side wheel arch front piece (at brake duct) missing/ torn off
Front windshield cowl needs to be replaced.
    Drivers side foglight is cracked.
Both front side corners accumulating moisture within.
Top of car for brackets has the topcoat peeling and very faded.
Windows rubber is deteriorated (drivers door the worst)
    Front windows bind going down/up.
Rear windows make click noise down/up.
    Sunroof liner is misaligned.
    Headliner sagging at the rear.
    Frayed A pillars.
Steering wheel controls are sticky function.
    Shift knob is frayed.
Steering wheel at the back of it is coming loose at the threads.
    Horn does not work.
Windshield wipers are new but pump does not work
Drivers side inside door pull has damage.
Center vents have tape smear and do not function fully (only up/down)
    Car pulls to the right.
Car rubs on turns. Can't have passengers.
    No spare tire.
    Trunk tools missing.
    No manual, 1 key.

This is all I noticed and I also got the ppi which they found other few issues that I wouldn't have been able to:

    Front rotors below min thickness.
    Selector shift seal leak
Tranny pan gasket leak (possible sweat)
    Rear axle leak
Coolant light came on immediately as I got in the car but was unable to find a leak.

These are all issues I saw myself when I flew out to see it.

Yikes, well atleast you didn't buy it without seeing it first. Had a similar experience when I looked at an 01 330. But the main problem I found with it was the huge clunk from the rear end and the fact that the owner couldn't replace an oxygen sensor but was getting ready to own an e63 AMG. And all the gaskets had been replaced but somehow there was something leaking in the engine bay? I'm not too mad over that it was about a 10 minute drive from my house. Ive seen the car around town i feel bad for the person who bought it.

Sold today but my car wasn't nearly as bad as you stated. You speak of a 13yr old car as if you're looking for a brand new car. It's a badass ZHP for $5,000. To my knowledge there is a salvage car listed for $5,500!
    Pump $6
    Horn $35
Touch up paint wasn't an exact match
Gash was is not what I would define a 2inch scrap...
Door handle easily fixable with leather repair (1 inch long common on all Bmw actually)
    Car does not rub
Tranny pan does not leak, it's the sector shaft seal $5 and was coated, not leaking also common issue doesn't effect drive ability)
Does not pull to the right what are you talking about
New corners were included with purchase as stated
Smear was from iPhone bracket and removable by cleaning lol
    Sticky buttons? No
13 yr old original alcantara wheel ( show me one in better shape that's not been wrapped)
Coolant level was .5inch below full line and was the first time it had ever come on in my 10,000 mile ownership. Doesn't burn a drop, new radiator, pump, hoses
Bmw tools are easily replaceable and o purchased the car without them.
Spare wasn't with the car when I bought it.

$5,000. Show me better. Go buy a 325i
