been busy with perhaps the last major mod that my wallet can handle for the next year. NOw I will focus on just enjoying the car, driving it and washing it lol. I hope to get some updated rolling shots and some in cabin video of the intake sound as well but need to get a camera mount first.

Purchased a Geoff Steel Racing Cabon CSL style airbox and it came with a Map sensor and IAT. removed the MAF with this setup. Spent the last week or 2 researching how ot flash my DME myself since I didnt want or have the money to spend on a full tune. Followed Teras research over on the M3 forums and was able to get enough into to flash my own DME with CSL software thanks to Terra.
This CSL software makes use ot the MAP and IAT inplace of the MAF and also allows a cool little feature for OIl Level in the Gauge cluster. Pics below.

the intake growl is lovely and the car feels like it has a nice kick in the pants.

video of first start after everything.... so happy it had smooth idle and no leaks.. actually happy it actually started, ive never used winkfp before so there was a margin of error here.......

Video of the Cluster OIl level sensor in action. (CSLs didnt have easily accessible dipsticks so they used this for the most part)

Pictures of the goodies. Since I had to convert my driver side headlight housing from XENON to Halogen... it required me removing all of the internals, wiring, ballast ignitor, projectors, everything.. and transferring it over to the halogen housing. the halogen housing has much more clearance since it doesn't mount the ballast on it . now I can run the cold air tube into the wheel well.

Lol I was mainly just impressed that it actually started...... I had all my fingers crossed that I didn't brick my DME since when I went to follow directions on flash yet some of my screens didn't give me the same results or messages that the directions are found online said it would. It was a pretty nail-biting experience lol

Simply incredible. Did you have to swap the headlight housings to get Intake to fit or was it a personal choice to get more cold air in the wheel well?

Yes, unfortunately i had to switch to a halogen housing if I wanted the Snorkel to fit into the wheel well area for cold air. I tried to make it work but it wasnt even close to fitting.

side note I have some updated videos of the car. one of the new CSL intake sound and another is a walk around video. im obnoxiously obsessed with the car unfortunately.

Decided to keep my natural brown interior. Selling the front seats only and already sourced a set of m3 seats that has bad leather but good options... Lumbar, bolster control and adding heated seat elements from some parts seats I sourced

Also trying to order a custom set of m3 seat covers in leather close to NB.

In the end, the car should have natural brown m3 interior with heated seats, lumbar, bolster control.

Also making sure the new seat skins will have the coupe lever holes eliminated so they should be close to true sedan seats.
