I bought mine entirely out of cash rewards money from my credit card. The funny thing is, I already have enough cash rewards to replace it again if I really wanted to. lol

    Cash rewards credit cards FTW!

As soon as I hear back from them on my order and I see it shipped and actually get it I'll let you know. Price just seems too good to be true but none of the scam websites are flagging the site is a scam site and they have misspelling English errors on their website but they're in Germany so I'm chalking that up to poor translation.

I just said screw it and adapted (glued) it to my shifter frame.

The old E9x M-Sport knob I had also had an integrated boot, but for that, all I had to do was break off the tabs that held the boot on and the knob cleanly separated from the boot. Have to see if the F10 one is the same way.

Do share! Mine is wearing a little faster than I was hoping...

eh i knew it was too good to be true lol. the guy refunded my money and put in the details, not in stock. so at least I got my money back on that one. just placed an order with ECS as they are the cheapest safest option for that shifter.

I will sell my old zhp knob which is still in good condition to help offset it.

sorry to get the hopes up guys, wish the deal was real :/

Yesterday @slater posted a video of his open headers from inside the cabin, which reminded me I needed to put together my comparison video.

I’m not sure how to embed a video on Flickr, but that link will take you to it. Open headers first, Magnaflow second. I couldn’t give her too many revs, since it was ~2300hrs in a fairly dense neighborhood.

The M54 seems so tame with open headers compared to my E30/S50 when we first fired it up.

That Magnaflow has some nice pops and burbles to it.

That's just scary sounding. People in the road just had to jump when they heard that coming lol

Does anyone know if these are structural?

I think my second one (not the one with hangers) is rubbing ever so slightly against the exhaust. I have a couple of washers stacked to create clearance, but I would think adding said washers removed some of its structural strength (if it is in fact for stiffening the chassis).

My opinion only, but I don't think those are structural support members. Realoem.com may identify them otherwise however.
