Update though...
I had an e36 lined up ready to go, then unfortunately the seller decided to trade the car before I planned to pick it up without any warning. So that sucked. After that, there is nothing currently on the market so I haven't actively been pursuing to sell the Xterra. If a buyer comes along and the offer is right, then I will sell. But other than that, not in a huge rush.
