For the mount, you don't like how the mount looks or how the license plate looks mounted on the "side"?

I'll take it! Does it just glue to the car?

Yeah, not the fan that it sits on the side. Seems kinda out of place. Can you post few pictures if you have them on your ZHP?

Anyways, I pulled the trigger on FSD's.

    PM sent.

Was busy today. Got the new Vanos from Dr vanos installed. Easy peasy.

Cleaning residues from old valve cover gasket was painful. It was so brittle and whoever did it before sealed the shit out of it.

    And fresh spark plugs.

I'm definitely doing another oil change after this.

Happy with the dr vanos? My factory vanos rattles like crazy and I might go the dr vanos route

Yes, very. I had it on my e39 as well.

This ZHP, my ex e39 and every other BMW that I owned, had Vanos rattle from 2000 to 4000 rpm.

I installed Dr Vanos on my e39 at 141k miles and other then the rattle that was gone, I didn't notice big improvement in performance that everybody is raving about.
I replaced just the seals on my first ZHP at 117k miles and it felt the same after. Granted, they do need some miles to break in.

I'll leave feedback on this one once I rack up some miles.

Cool, mine rattles from 1800- 3k and it sounds like it also rattles on a cold start, unless that's something else but I hope not because it sounds bad

Or you could go the Besian route like many of us did.
