Welcome. I don't think we've been introduced.
The FCABs are separate and if in good shape don't need to be replaced. If you do, many of us go with Z4M FCABs.
Go OEM or Lemforder on the arms (not a fan of Mayle myself).

I replaced mine all together. They have to come off anyway and sometimes they can be damaged while pulling them off the control arm. I got Lemforders as a kit from FCP Euro...
