You should consider getting a fuel line kit as well if you're replacing the fuel filter. I think ECS has a kit (Vas used it I think).

Bummer. I replaced my FP some days ago as PM. Miles are 143,000. How much gas in your tank ? I took my car to the shop with 1/4 left on it, to make the install a little easier for them.

What all is in this kit and do you have a link showing what is in it?

Glad it's an easy fix. We need to plan a VA drive now that spring is here to stay.

Actually the fuel filter install kit is from bavauto.

Worth it in my book and it's cheap

    Lorenzo's Imola sedan Project

Installed new Bosch fuel pump and Mann fuel filter on Thursday. Took the ZHP to 2nd autocross class today, and service engine soon light came on in route to the class! Proceeded to class and participated without issue. Car did well. I finished in the top 25%.

But the continuing issues with my ZHP is getting to me. I don't mind preventative maintenance and repairs, but I have short tolerance for unexpected issues. I'll get the car scanned to find out the code and hopefully it is not an expensive fix.

At least she looks really good, compared to the competition:

Thanks. No engine light today. Can the car correct itself? Or is it bound to return?
