    Febi ATF Fluid?

Does anyone have any experience with the Febi ATF fluid? Part #: FEB-32605. I have been researching OEM equivalent filters and fluids for a drain and fill of my A5S390R. Both FCP Euro and AutohausAZ list this as an OE fluid compatible with w/ Transmission Pan labelled Texaco ETL-8072B. AutohausAZ indicates "Meets specification Dexron VI and Texaco ETL-8072B" At around $55 for a 5 liter jug. If the indication of it as an OE Texaco ETL-8072B comparable fluid are correct, this may be the way to go. Any input?

FCP also lists the Pentosin ATF1 as an OEM fluid, but if I am correct this is for the ZF transmissions and not the GM?

    Hi,

With all due respect, can I ask how asking for opinions on what is being advertised as an OEM equivalent transmission fluid for my 2004 BMW 330i zhp is off topic? There is no transmission specific forum, or I would have posted it there. I am not going to get any views or input here in the off topic section.

I'll put this in Mechanical so it gets more attention.

Can't find any specs on the Febi fluid. Febi has a few different ATF fluids for different applications. Seems like it might be a shot in the dark without specs and knowing exactly which one this pertains to. I can tell you the Pentosin ATF1 works fine if maybe a little on the thick side. I prefer the feel of Mobil 1 ATF. It seems to hit a sweet spot.
