How are the paddle shifters on these? Have you driven it?

Paddle shifters in a 335 will have the same reaction time as if you shifted the steptronic manually. Yes, there's a couple millisecond delay but it's not hateful. The only way to get a seamless shift is to go with the DCT transmission available in the M3 or the 335is.
