Hey all,
We'll after a few months I found the one. Picked it up yesterday in San Diego, and drove it home. I want to thank you all in your responses in the few questions I've had over the past month, its helped steer me to the car that's now in my driveway. This is my first BMW. I've always wanted an E46 M3, and now that I'm an adult, thats going to be having a kid.. So 4 doors was needed for my family sedan. I've had Audi/VW in the past that I wrenched on. I usually do all of my own work except major engine, clutch, and transmission. Although the dealer included a 2 year 64k mi warranty in my sale, so I won't have to lift a finger unless the repair is less than 100$.

I am the 3rd owner. First was a lease, the second drove the car 4kmi a year. Dealer maintained. New poly bushings, and coolant system installed. New Michelin PSS tires, new full limo tint. Has the BMW multimedia screen, and USB port in the arm rest.
There is a few rock chips on the hood, nothing major for a 12 year old car. Rims are a little chewed up, but going to be powder coating in a few months. Exterior is a 8.5/10. Interior is in amazing shape, seats feel new. No cigarette holes in the carpet. Interior is a 9/10.
