The bumper did follow the quarter panel for the most part. I think I am currently hitting the tab. I'm going to use some of the bonding agents we use at work (aerospace applications, crazy f'ing strong) to bond two small aluminum blocks with threaded holes in them, one on the bumper one on the quarter. Then link them with a tiny adjustable turnbuckle, all on the inside. Going to do the same on the front. I will post a schematic when I get it designed.
In other news, the tires and width produce an absolutely insane cornering force, nothing i've ever felt
Yea that tab has been a PITA for me too. Although the new Hankooks aren't as wide as the old ones so I'm good for now.
