    Rear differential mount recommendations

I am planning ahead for future maintenance on my car and in need of your expertise. Regarding the rear differential mounts, which brand do you recommend? Other than the original OEM, are there others you have used and recommend. As you know my coupe is stock and will mostly serve as a DD with some spirited driving now and then.

    Thanks!

I went with OE bmw. Lemforder is the same thing without the bmw logo.

Others have gone with poly bushings.

So you went with the OE BMW? My car is @ 56K and would like to replace the originals with something that will last longer, if that's even possible. Although keeping it OE has it appeal. Thanks !!

About 1 month ago I changed all the bushings and went with Lemforder. Quality seem to be good and I didn't have any problems with installation. Plus I saved a lot of money going with Lemforder parts.

I have a Koch tool for rent that will help with the large bushing. It will do the other two if you drop the subframe. It also works on RTABs (while your in there...).

    Rear differential mount recommendations

Man, I wish I was mechanically inclined and my hope is that I will learn enough here to get out of my comfort zone. I've worked on my other cars but no on a BMW. I admire those of you who perform your own maintenance projects. Kudos

It's one of the easiest cars to work on. With all the help here and in other DIYs. It's like paint by numbers (and you get to buy more tools!).
