Hotchkis Rear Bar Clunk - anyone have this?

I installed my Hotchkis front & rear bars a week or so ago and immediately noticed a faint ’clunk’ coming from the rear. I assume it must be the end links but everything is tight. The sound did not exist before the install. I do remember noting the bolts connecting the end link to the rear bar had a slight amount of play. I thought once everything was tight, that wouldn’t matter, but I’m betting it’s the source. I got under the car last night to check it again, and everything is tight.

    Anyone else notice this?

I was going to contact Hotchkis customer service but something tells me that will be a dead end. I’m sure there’s nothing wrong with their parts.

Take the end links off and test drive it to see if the noise goes away. That way you can confirm it's the sway bar. I once thought I had a sway bar noise which turned out to be a poly rtab.

If it is the sway bar, it might be the interaction or slippage at the sway bushing.
