Clearly that free healthcare has to come from somewhere. :P

Seems like a logical “while you’re in there” item to me!

    ## Minor update

E90's windshield was replaced under insurance at Weatherford BMW dealership. The more I thought about, the more it would be problematic to get that solar windshield.

    ## Euro Fog button
Previous owner already did the DIY rear fog button but something about having a proper logo there seemed more me. I found a cheap lightswitch on Ebay from Lithuania where I could take apart for the button piece. This ended up being $31 for this logo button! I hope it lights up as there are LEDs on the switchboard on the Euro switch. I'll find out when I have time to swap the button out.

Can you please explain the draw/purpose for rear fogs? It's one of those things I've never wrapped my head around.

In heavy torrential rain, snow and fog. Notice how fast people’s normal tail lights come up but when they brake you can see them from a much safer distance? That’s what the rear fog light is. It’s a brake light intensity single light just to give highlight that you’re there just in case the speed delta between you and the person behind is greater than they can stop if they only see your dim tail lights.

Welcome booooboooo. It's usually always red to symbolize it's the back of a car. Sometimes it's only one inner side but some cars have it on both inner sides for more symmetry. It's really there for safety, not to look good. LOL.

If your car only has it on one side it’s a good way to get practice talking with the police when you get pulled over for a “burnt out taillight.” Ask me how I know.
