    That's a pretty good deal! Parts can be replaced, but good to see the rocker panels and the quarters (aside from that one spot) are solid. I had a similar rust spot on my car, though I caught it very early before it spread to the outside surface, so I was able to repair that with some POR15 and not having to worry so much about the looks.
