Thanks for the part number for the extended nuts. I didn't know these were required. My reinforcement plates arrived and are waiting to go into the car. Man, those are expensive little suckers. $60 for six nuts. That's just nutty.

The nuts are only needed with the OE M3 bar and reinforcement plates. Mine are fine with the plates and aftermarket bar.

i think it's fine, but some may think it's too coarse. hopefully it doesn't put a hex on this thread, and cause a mod to lock it.
