Alright. Just took all the hoses off the intake side of the motor. All hoses are good and disa seal is really tight. Also dipstick o rings are about 1 1/2 years old.

How many miles on your ZHP? No oil in the coolant? I would start with a compression and leakdown test and a smoke test. I'd bet your CCV is toast and causing the lean codes as well as any other un-metered air post-MAF sensor. How old is your fuel pump and filter?

240k miles. Don't know how if the fuel pump has been replaced. Probably 20k on filter. No water in oil or vice versa.

CCV was toast. Changed it and road tripped it from LA to SF and back and its still good, just in case anyone is having the same issue.
