Decided to transition out of the Army, move to Houston, and buy myself an E46 M3. That means my ZHP needs a new home. Black/Beige AT that was purchased ~3 years ago in Orlando. The car currently has 115,xxx miles and will increase minimally. I purchased the car at 104k, I went through the car with a fellow ZHP enthusiast and got after all the preventative maintenance we could think of (with the help of this site). I will list maintenance below. The car has been an absolute joy and I appreciate everything this site has provided; the collective knowledge here is amazing.

Maintenance at purchase:
-Front control arm bushings
-Front sway bar end links
-Front strut assembly / strut mounts (Koni Sport Struts)
-Both tie rods
-Cooling system overhaul (Stewart high performance water pump, fan clutch, thermostat, expansion tank, transmission thermostat, ALL hoses associated w/ cooling system)
-Transmission fluid flush
-All new rubber (Staggered Continental Extreme Contact DW XL)
-6 new NGK spark plugs
-New hood insulation
-DISA Valve Kit
-Power Steering Reservoir / Power steering pump
-Fuel Filter
-All 4 rotors and pads changed in last 500miles.

Other cosmetic things in order to “make it mine”.

***I can provide receipts for all parts and any labor that was done by a shop. What I did not do was performed by a BMW Dealership or Walker Automotive in Elkton, KY.

All oil changes were done at 5,000 mile increments and all fluids have been flushed in the past 6 months (Brake, Trans, Power Steering).

The condition of the car is what you would expect.
-Leather is in good condition, but shows wear.
-Paint throughout shows wear due to road debris over a decade of driving.
-The rear bumper has a scratch (view photos for detail). The vehicle has not been in any accidents. I am the 2nd owner. Carfax will show three. It was a lease vehicle and subsequently purchased by the leasee.
-The headliner has begun to sag in the rear by the C-pillars.

Am willing to conduct PPI at buyer expense.
