    I’d be more concerned about coastal living than the rain.

    Impressive. When my family had a house in Wilmington (about 1/4 mile straight line from the ICW, and 3/4 mile to the Atlantic on the other side of Wrightsville) everything was rusted from the salty air. Grill we kept in the garage? Rusted. Patio furniture? Rusted. We scrapped so much stuff when the house was sold.

    We're about a mile or so from the ICW but it's pretty far up the Stono River. Downtown Charleston and harbor is about seven miles away and Folly beach is about 17 miles away
